* note: these are rates for up to 6 people but we will accommodate up to 8.

Confirmations and Cancellations

We are open year around and will try to work with you on your arrival dates and departure times, However are normal weekly rates run from Saturday to Saturday with check in time of 2 PM and check out time of 9 AM. We require a $100 deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is applied to your rental fee. If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance your deposit is refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days in advance, your deposit is only refunded if we rebook your cancellation dates. Reservations are held for 5 days awaiting your deposit.
